This is a nice bright traditional Perigourdine semi-detached house built in 1978. It has nice sized rooms, and is either tiled or carpeted thoughout and nearly ready for you to move straight into with very little work to do.

The small town of La Coquille has a bakers, butchers, bar/ restaurant, hair dressers, pharmacy, tea shop, supermarket, petrol station, doctors, dentists, a small weekly market. In the summer there are various local Fetes and activities going on in and around La Coquille.
