Access to the property is via a long sweeping drive passing the first of the two lakes on the right and then crossing a bridge to a large gravelled area. To the right is a walled and arched area that could be used for entertaining or for private parking. The 15th Century grange holds the C.H . boiler and a large workshop/garage and a vast amount of space for storage To the left is the house with a large terrace which has beneath it the extensive vaulted wine cave with a bar, fireplace and bread oven. The cave and the old washroom are accessed via a stone staircase next to the terrace. Enter the house from the terrace into an entrance hall which has a WC.
