Firstly, a little piece of history is needed to fully understand this wonderful if rather unusual property. The old house was originally a flour mill and the base of the old windmill still remains, as can be seen in the first picture. It was then re-conceived in the 1970s as a nightclub with bar, dancefloor and DJ cabin, and as such was so successful that a 2nd dancefloor had to be added. The nightclub then unfortunately closed and the 2nd dancefloor was converted into a second home. Therefore the property is best considered in three parts to be fully appreciated.

Firstly there is the old renovated mill, now a 3 bedroom house of 152m².
Secondly there is the nightclub of 163², which still exists as it were back in the years when disco was king.
Finally, on the other side of the nightclub area is a new house of 146m2, renovated from where the 2nd dancefloor was added.

This property therefore has several different possibilities. It would be ideal for a large family with teenage children. Imagine how delighted your children would be with a bar and dancefloor area to invite their friends to at the week-end. The habitable surface area is so large that a games room could be created next to the nightclub with for example a pool table and table tennis table: there is enough space to let your imagination run wild. This is also the perfect location for a family with teenage children re-locating from overseas given that there is an international school with classes given in English located only a ten minute drive away at Chavagnes en Paillers.

Attached to the new house there is a garage for two cars and a cller and workshop. The swimming pool is 80m² and heated with a poolhouse containing a shower and toilet. There is a large carpark for 25 cars. Solar panels (20m², 2880w) bring in a revenue of approximately 1800€/annum. Fully double glazed. Oil basedcentral heating.
