Approached by a private drive, the two houses face each other with the converted barn off to the right. The main house has been fully renovated with the ground floor having a large kitchen with fitted units, a wood stove and plenty of space for a farm style table. Beyond the kitchen is a huge living area with doors to the garden in two directions. The walls are exposed stonework with original wooden beams adding to the character of the house. The floor is light coloured stylist tiles. Warmth is provided by a large radiator and a wood burner.

The stairs lead up to a tranquil landing area for reading and relaxing.

From the landing there is a large bedroom at each end of the house, and a bathroom with bath, twin sinks, a shower and WC. The many vellum windows provide plenty of light ventilation.

A short walk from the main house is converted barn. The light and airy feeling has been preserved in the central area by using the full height of the barn and the galleried landing.

The ground floor has been left as a single huge room with an open kitchen area at one end. This area is used as a games area by the current owners but could be used for classes or workshops should the new owners wish to run a small business. Alternatively the space could be partitioned to create mare rooms for family extended accommodation or even to create a gite. The layout of the land would allow for a private garden to be created for the barn.

On the upper floor there are two bedrooms off the galleried landing, and also a shower room.

The third building has had some renovations completed including a new roof. However the bulk of the renovation is yet to be done.

From the houses the land slopes away down to an enclosed fishing lake which does contain some reasonably sized carp.

The location is very quiet and private but a short drive from a town with amenities.
