The agricultural land available comprises more than 7 hectares of vines:

The annual production averaged over the last 3 years is around 75 hectolitres, as advised by the Caramany Co-operative (Vignerons de Caramany). The five-year contract with the co-op terminates in 2020; the new owner is not obliged to continue it.
The parcels of land are not all together, but are situated around the village, and all have good access tracks, maintained by the commune. Water is not available on site, as the vines cannot be irrigated according to the AOC rules, but water is available in the village, for vine treatments. The village itself is at 236m above sea level.

It is not possible to build on this land, although some parcels do have small stone cabins.
The vines are situated at approximately 7 km from Ansignan, 45 km from the sea at Canet-en-Roussillon, 35 km from the airport at Perpignan and 65 km from Spain. There is a café/bar in the village and the nearest town is Ille-sur-Têt, 13 km away. The village is 33 km from Perpignan.
