The nearest town is Marmande [5km] with a SNCF train station on the line from Bordeaux to Toulouse, restaurants, shops, theatre and cultural activities all year long.

The mill is also close to the spa town of Casteljaloux [10 km] with its thermal baths and fitness centre, an 18 hole golf course, equestrian centre and a swimming and boating lake with plenty of water based activities.
