This is an opportunity to purchase the perfect holiday (or full time) escape. It does have permission to be lived in full time, but only in a mobile home, as it is in a non constructive zone.

There is also an old septic tank which was fitted for the use of the mobile home, so it does not need to conform to current regulations as a mobile home is not considered as a permanent dwelling. The old mobile home has not been lived in for some time so will need replacing, there is no reason why a new mobile home cannot be put in its place.
