Access to this property is down a long private driveway where you arrive into the court yard. The farm house is in front of you and the barns to the left with fields behind.
The farmhouse is a typical Charentais farmhouse built of limestone with a sand and lime render, it has three floors each of 180 m².

The CELLAR is split into three large rooms,
