This fabulous house has a variety of options, it can be used as a 5 bedroom family home, it could be a home for the owner with an attached gîte for rental, or both sides could be rented out.

Going into the first house entering straight into a lovely light and spacious lounge (4.6m x 4.2m) This part of the house was built by the owner to cleverly join a farmhouse and barn together.
This very spacious lounge has a high vaulted ceiling, beautiful exposed stonework and a very efficient 10kw Godin wood burning stove in the corner. French doors lead out to the garden at the front. The floors on this floor are tiled throughout, and there is doubleglazing throughout.

At the end of the lounge is an open dining room (4.6m x 2.7m), and a small fully fitted kitchen with a stable door to the garden. (3m x 2.6m).

Going through a door leads to the barn conversion, over a hall and you are into a pretty double bedroom, (3.9m x 3.8m) and a wooden staircase takes you up to a single bedroom (3m x 2.3m) a double bedroom (3.9m x 2.3m) and fully fitted, modern shower room (2.10m x 2m).On this floor there are lovely exposed wooden beams and wood floors.

Going out of the main lounge through to the other side of the building, this is the original house.

In this side of the house there is a hallway with a downstairs bathroom ((2.8m x 2.10m) this room is beautiful with a rolltop bath, toilet and wash hand basin.

Through from here is a large, fully fitted farmhouse kitchen, with a stable door leaind out to the garden.(5m x 3.8m) There are up and under units and a very pretty centre island. This room is wonderfully light with windows to the front and back of the house.

There is a dining room/library area, (4.8m x 3.8m) with lovely wooden stairs leading to the upstairs bedrooms. There is a door leading out from here onto a private terrasse at the back of the house. This looks out to the very well tended back garden which is planted full of herbs, roses and shrubs, and beyond that fields and a forest. This terrasse gives the owners privacy from the rental property.

At the end of the house is a lovely lounge with woodburning stove, this room has a stable door leading out to the front garden. (4.8m x 4.6m).

Going upstairs there is a spacious mezzanine (4.2m x 2.6m) are two large bedrooms. Bedroom 1 ( 4.9m x 4.2m) there are exposed beams and windows to the front and back of the house on both upstairs bedrooms.
Bedroom 2 is the master bedroom (4.6m x 4m), it has a dressing room (2.4m x 2m) and an ensuite shower room with shower, wash hand basin and toilet (2.8m x 2.5m)
The two parts of the house are separated by a little hallway, and there is a door that can be locked.

Outside there are gardens all around, and ample space to park. The L shaped house encloses a large garden which overlooks a field and woods. To the rear of the house is a small orchard, vegetable garden and greenhouse. There is an above ground pool also situated in a lovely private part of the back garden.

There is a wonderful slate roofed open barn used for outside dining during the long summer months, and in winter can be used as a car port and wood store.
A barn has been changed into a useful workshop and has storage in the attic above, and there is a stone garden outbuilding attached to the workshop barn (3m x 3m).
