House in Adriers , Vienne , Poitou Charentes

This lovely old cottage is excellent value. It has a nice clean and simple layout.
GROUND FLOOR
Into the house, we come into the kitchen with double sink. To the right we have a neat sitting room (15m²). Behind the kitchen is a small hallway and access to a fitted shower room.
From the hall there is access to a very long garage, enough room here for 3 cars!
FIRST FLOOR
We find a big bright landing with 2 bedrooms off (each approx 15 m²) with parquet floors and a separate WC.
The vendors are prepared to sell most of the furniture, subject to negotiation.

To the rear we find a very large garden, considering you’re in the middle of town. The first part is graveled for easy maintenance. For permanent residents there is plenty of scope to create a vegetable garden or make it a pretty, secluded area to relax.

Situated in Adriers, and walking distance to a busy little town with all amenities (grocers, post office, boulangerie, doctors and chemist).

The larger town of L'Isle -Jourdain (11km) is on the River Vienne, and has a large supermarket, bars and restaurants. It is in an ideal town for water based activities. The brave can even try bungee jumping from the old viaduct across the river. Adriers is roughly equidistant from Poitiers and Limoges airports. The latter offers daily flights to the UK all through the year.
