A spectacular property with so many possibilities!

2. A 8 acre carp/cat lake again with natural springs and depths to over 8.5m equipped with 4 well presented double swims

Both lakes are well stocked with good catch reports boasting fish up to the current lakes record of 61lbs for carp. The mixed carp and catfish lake is estimated to have catfish at around 100lb. Over the last few years the current owner have introduced much new stock to the facility for which there are records.

There are two additional lakes (( 6 and 8 acre) ready to extend the fishery,with one of these lakes currently used as a stock lake. To be used commercially these lakes just need the swims to be constructed.

The facilities for the fisherman are second-to-none including;
° Club Room with restaurant and fully featured bar with masses of space for eating and relaxing supported by a well equipped kitchen.
° Equipment store cradles, nets, mats etc used exclusively on the lakes as well as bait storage and preparation
° Separate toilet and shower block with separate facilities for men and women

Permission has been granted for the facilities on site to be extended to provide for:
° gite-based accommodation for leisure use
° camping facilities to be provided for up to 20 pitches (RV, camping etc)
