This lovely house is in a small hamlet with just one neighbour, set back from any main roads and surrounded by its own, very pretty garden and then open farmland. There is a piece of land a couple of minutes walk away and a further parcel of woodland (wild cherry wood, used for making furniture) about 2km away.

Set half way between Bouresse and L'Isle Jourdain this is a marvelous part of the country, consisting mostly of small fields with hedgerows and large patches of woodland and forest - the walks around here are really lovely. The village of Moussac with its canoeing centre, restaurant and shop is about 3 km away, and L'Isle Jourdain is a picturesque market town with supermarkets and all amenities, and is about 7 km away. This is a fabulous little house, very well maintained with a large kitchen dining room, a lovely sitting room with a chimney with an 'insert' wood burning stove and sliding french windows on to the terrace, three bedrooms and a bathroom all on the ground floor while above is an attic space the surface of the whole area of the house (approximately 60m²) which could easily be converted into three further bedrooms and a further bathroom.

Outside, there is a large barn of approximately 100 m² attached to the house which currently houses the oil tank, central heating boiler and the hot water tank. Opposite the house is a row of pigsties with electricity. Behind the house is an open barn which would make an ideal sheltered eating area. The garden completely surrounds the house and there is a lovely courtyard in front with parking for several cars. There is a little piece of land just opposite the house and another piece down the road which used to have vines.

There is a further parcel of land a two kilometres away which is just woodland of wild cherry trees.

This house benefits from oil fueled central heating.
