If it is character and history you are after then look no further! This property was once the presbytery and later the Mairie, so a very important historical building within the village. I will be amazed if the first client to walk through the doors to this property doesn't just buy it on the spot! So you had better hurry! It is that good. Okay first its flaws, you don't quite get all of it and 2 windows from the neighbouring apartment do overlook the garden, I am informed the old lady next door is discreet enough to not be poking her head out of the windows during your apero's but on the flip side one day the chance to reunite this property may one day come along!
