A private driveway takes you down the side of the property and then large gates open out in the open courtyard with the house and main barn on your left and other outbuildings and garden to you right. A beautiful start.

The house itself is immediately habitable but there is work to do to finish everything off completely. You have an open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen (48m²) with a feature fireplace with log burning stove. This stove runs a back boiler and radiators for the whole house. You also have a original bread oven behind. The floor is tiled throughout and this space is ready to go with just a few finishing touches to required. At the rear, a lobby/office area (8m²) with a bedroom (14m²) to the left and bathroom (5m²) plus separate WC to the right. Again, this area is in pretty good order with just some finishing to do.

Upstairs, the first part of the attic remains just that : attic (48m²).
