The house is situated in a quiet hamlet of about 5 homes. You enter the property to the side driving round to the large courtyard with plenty of parking. There is a further parking area opposite the property used by the tenants.

The main house is accessed from the courtyard directly into the large farmhouse kitchen (23m2) with fitted units and a fireplace. To the right of this is the living room (13.5m2) with patio door looking out onto the courtyard. Also off the kitchen is the second reception room (13m2) which could be used as a dining room. Another door leads to the entrance hallway and the front door which leads out onto the front of the property. Within this hallway is the ground floor WC and a shower room. Stairs also lead up from here to the first floor.

Here there are three double bedrooms (15,15,12m2) as well as two shower rooms with WC's. Another staircase rises to the second floor which is the converted attic space. Every window is double glazed and the house is heated by oil fired central heating. The boiler is situated in the cellar.

The two apartments are in the converted barn on the end of the property and have their own separate entrance hall accessed from the front of the building. The first apartment is on the first floor and consists of a large room with a corner kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room with WC. The second apartment is above this with one large room with corner kitchen and a shower room with WC. Both flats are centrally heated from their own shared boiler. The current owners rent these out through an agency who deals with everything for a fee. You could easily rent them out as holiday accommodation should you wish.
All the accommodation have their own fosse system which meets all the required regs.
To the left of the main house is a large double storey barn with parking. Opposite this is the old porcherie which has had a new roof and utilities supplied. It could therefore become further rental accommodation it even has its own fosse system which has never been used.
The land drops off behind the porcherie and can be accessed from the courtyard, there is a well to the side of the porcherie. It is mainly grass with a small stream passing through at one corner. There is another parcel opposite the house which is used for the parking of the tenants vehicles it also has a well on it. Photos do not do this property justice and a viewing is highly recommended.
