The main house offers about 215m² of beautifully renovated living accommodation. On the ground floor you find two living rooms (26m² + 28m²) connected via a large archway, one with open fireplace and leading to a spacious veranda (30m²) overlooking the garden, a dining room (26m²) also with open fire place, a kitchen (18m²) opening to the courtyard with a small herb garden, a utility room and a toilet.
On the first floor a landing serves bedroom 1 (9m²), bedroom 2 (13m²) with built-in cupboard, bedroom 3 (16m²) with shower room/wc en-suite, shower room /wc and a bathroom / WC. Under the eaves of the tower with exposed oak beams is a beautiful bedroom 4 (15m²).

There are several gïtes with one, two and three bedrooms.

Jasmine cottage (4 pers.) enjoys wonderful south facing views over the lake and soft fruit fields,surrounded by woodland across the valley. The cottage itself is heavily timbered throughout.

Ground floor :
Lovely bright comfortable living room with newly installed kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, fully equipped for four people. Double French doors lead onto the patio with lighting. Also a shower room with toilet and hand basin. It has a patio with BBQ and garden furniture and lovely views both down to the lake and across to the pool. There is a television which receives BBC and ITV channels together with a radio and CD player. Wifi available.

Upstairs :
Two bedrooms, one having a king size/twin beds, and the other having twin beds with cotton sheets and fluffy towels. Ample hanging and drawer space is provided.


Wren cottage (5/6 pers.) has sufficient room upstairs to sleep five or six people in comfort with ample wardrobe and storage space.

Ground floor :
The main living room has a newly installed kitchen with dishwasher, equipped for six people, a dining area and a spacious sitting room. There is a covered patio with BBQ, garden furniture and lighting.

Upstairs:
Two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one has a double bed, the other having three single beds, shower room with shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet. Fitted carpets throughout upstairs.

Honeysuckle cottage (6 pers.) enjoys wonderful south facing views over the lake and soft fruit fields,surrounded by woodland across the valley. The cottage itself is heavily timbered throughout.

Ground floor :
Lovely bright comfortable living room with separate newly installed kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, fully equipped for six people. Double French doors lead onto the patio. Bedroom with double bed, fridge and tea-making facilities. Also two separate shower rooms with toilets and hand basins. There are two patios with lighting, BBQs and garden furniture and lovely views down to the lake.

Upstairs :
Two bedrooms, one having a double bed, and the other having a king size/twin beds. Ample hanging and drawer space is provided.
There is a television which receives BBC and ITV channels together with a radio and CD player in all gites except Lake View cottage. Wifi available.

The guardian house built in 2003 offers about 80m² of living space. On the ground floor is a double garage, boiler room, staircase to the main floor and a bedroom. On the first floor is a large living room with built-in fireplace and opening onto a terrace, a kitchen, a second bedroom, a bathroom and separate toilet.
The main house and the guardian house have oil central heating, the gïtes have electric heating.
The veranda of the main house and the guardian house have double glazing.

There is a multitude of outbuildings : a barn of 48m² which had planning permission to convert into a gïte, two smaller barns of about 16m², a couple of garden sheds.
The heated salt water swimming pool of 5,5 x 11m is set in well kept gardens comprising lawns, meadows and woodland as well as a vegetable garden and fruit trees.
This magnificent secluded country estate enjoys the most beautiful views.
A 18 hole golf course is only 4 km away and many of the tourist attractions are with in a radius of 30 km.
The nearest town with all amenities is Le Bugue at 15km, Perigueux the capital of the Dordogne is at 31km and Bergerac airport at 44km.
