This is an interesting property which is partly habitable/partly total renovation.
There are two adjoining houses - one habitable, the other a renovation project although it was actually lived in until recently. Then there are two separate buildings which are serious renovation/building projects - one is basically a barn and the other is the basic structure of a house. These buildings could provide excellent projects or just be ignored (as the current owner has done).
Regarding the habitable property: on the main floor there's a kitchen, walk in pantry, large sitting room with windows front and back, shower room and WC.
