This 18th century manor house and gites complex has been renovated to a high standard. It sits overlooking the Vienne river and surrounded by wonderfull countryside, yet it is only 10 minutes away from the region's capital, Limoges, famous for its porcelain industry and steeped in history. Also 500m away is one of the best 18 hole golf courses in the Limousin, currently with preferential green rates to clientèle of the manor. You enter the grounds to the property down a long gravelled driveway passing the tennis court and 17m swimming pool. The house sits facing the drive with the rest of the complex reaching around to the right.

The main house has large imposing doors into a light entrance hall. Off this hallway and all looking out to the Vienne river valley are the reception rooms. There is a billard room (35m2) which doubles as the guest lounge. The dining room (35m2) and the kitchen. The kitchen has its own door onto the hallway but is also accessable from the dining room. The kitchen (20m2) is fully fitted and has a large pantry. The last reception room (48m2) is used solely by the owners as their lounge and has an office (11m2) attached. The impressive staircase leads up from the hallway to a long landing and four of the sumptous bedrooms. All the guest bedrooms have their own bathrooms and have been done to a very high standard. Two of the gites face this area, the first (105m2) with kitchen/lounge, two bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The second (40m2) with a kitchen/lounge and one bedroom with bathroom. The last gite (55m2) is located at the back of the house overlooking the valley and comprises a lounge a kitchen/diner and one bedroom with bathroom.

The grounds offer 3 hectares of parkland and include some pasture land. The rear of the property is laid to lawn and is a raised terrace overlooking the valley with arable land dropping down to the Vienne river.

The complex at present makes an excellent high class resort/conferance facility just a few minutes from a major city with excellent raod/rail and air connections. It offers a wonderful oppertunity to increase revenue should the new owners wish it.
