Land in Massérac , Loire-Atlantique , Pays de la Loire

Within walking distance to open marshlands and the banks of the River Vilaine and Don, where an abundance of wildlife can be observed. There are beautiful walks, cycle rides, horse riding, boating and fishing. A short walk away is Masserac a typical French village with boulangerie, coiffures, restaurant and bar. Slightly further away are the larger towns of Guemene Penfoa and Redon which both have there own supermarkets, DIY stores, builders merchants and numerous bars and restaurants. With close links to Rennes or Nantes airports (there is a direct train service to Rennes) and ferry ports of St Malo Caen and Cherbourg to the north, the UK is never too far away.
