In the middle of the Luberon Regional Natural Park, this spacious house was solidly built in 1975 about 1 km from the charming village of Rustrel. The gîte and garage extension is more recent.
It is situated facing south and hidden from view.
From the living room (approx. 30 sqm) with its lovely fireplace you enter a corridor with a kitchen (7 sqm), two bedrooms (approx. 9 sqm each) with French doors opening onto the covered terrace and the garden, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a laundry room.
