This beautiful property is located on the edge of the pretty village of Sengouagnet, in the Haute Garonne. It is very peaceful and tranquil setting, yet in close proximity to all necessary amenities.

The pretty and popular town of Aspet is just 5 minutes away, providing a supermarket, post office, bank, shops, a number of bar/restaurants, doctors surgeries and a twice weekly market. Chambre d’hote.

Adjoining the main house is a barn that has been converted to a high standard to provide the chambre d’hote business. This building has it’s own front door and is accessed entirely separately from the main house.

The building is entered through the main door into a spacious entrance hallway. To the right hand side is the first of the bedrooms. This is a very large double bedroom with ensuite (26 sqm). The ensuite is incredibly large and has a beautifully large shower. The bedroom also has a door leading to the garden at the front where the current owners set up a small table and chairs for the guests to enjoy the views.

From the entrance hallway the stairs lead up to a very large lounge/dining area, with kitchenette. This room provides comfortable seating as well as a large dining table, and allows guests to self cater.

On the right hand side of the living area is the biggest bedroom (38 sqm). This provides two single beds and a double bed. The double bed is cleverly located at the other end of the room, making ir feel separate and private. This is the perfect family room. It also has a comfortable seating area and large shower room with separate WC. In addition, there is a lovely balcony with views over the surrounding mountains.

The third bedroom (37 sqm) is located on the other side of the living area and is equally as impressive. This double bedroom is also incredible large with a beautiful seating area and large shower room and separate WC. This room too has a lovey balcony to enjoy the views from.

The chambre d’hôte could just as easily be run as a self catering gite. All furniture and linens for this part of the house are included.

Part of this building is still to be converted and it would be entirely possible to incorporate this into the existing complex, or create a separate gite.
