This property sits on the south facing side of the Bandiat valley on the edge of Nontron, centre of the 'Perigord Nontronnais'.
Nontron has plenty of shops, banks and supermarkets, along with a cinema, swimming pool, schools all the way up to Lycee. There is a weekly market and plenty of activities to get involved in.
