The kitchen is fully fitted with numerous cupboards and space to have a breakfast table. A door leads into the garage and a set of French doors leads out to the terrace for outdoor dining on the many sunny days and warm evenings in the Gers.

To complete the downstairs, you have a separate toilet and storeroom/ laundry which also accommodates the hot water tank.

Taking the stairs to the first floor you discover a long hallway from which leads you to 4 bedrooms and a family bathroom.

The property is double glazed throughout and heating is by the woodburner and electric heaters.

The garden is flat, planted with trees and shrubs. There is a wood store and an abri at the side of the house.

The village, 1km away, has 2 restaurants (recommended), a small shop that also acts as the post office and sells local produce. During the year there are lots of organised events such as; flower markets, vide greniers, walks, Christmas carols in the medieval church, to mention a few.

Marciac is just 11km (10mns) away for doctors, dentist, banks, supermarket etc.
