You enter the property up a gravel driveway which runs to the rear of the main house and wraps round into the courtyard. The garden which is laid to lawn is also to the side.

The main house is to the left. Entering into a hall (8m2), in front of you is a WC (3m2) and laundry room (4m2). To the right is the living room (41m2) with wood burner. There is a window and patio doors to the courtyard, continuing through, off an inner hall (1m2) with cupboard is a bedroom (14m2) with wet room (7m2) attached. You can take the TGV train from Chatellerault (30 minutes away) to Paris in 1 hour 20 minutes. Ryanair fly from London Stansted to Poitiers (45 minutes away) and Tours (1 hour away). It is just over a 3-hour drive from the ferry port at Caen Ouistreham. This is the perfect location from where to explore the history of the area and visit the Loire Valley châteaux and to enjoy the wonderful food and wine of the region.
