The shopping town of Miramont de Guyenne is only ten/twelve minutes away and the more vibrant towns and villages, like Eymet and Lauzun the same distance with their bars, restaurants events and markets. The owners have managed to find a slight niche in the market, by renting the whole accommodation to one booking and simplifying the weekly management of the business. This does help in the daily up keep of the premises and allow some sort of down time and extend the season without being entirely exhausted by september/october.
There does need to be some thinning out of the trees and large bushes surrounding the accommodation, but in effect it is a turn key operation.
