It was run as a glamorous camping, or glamping facility with 20 safari tents, 13 separate private bathrooms, two gîtes and a separate house. There is more than enough space to develop a business like this, with more rooms, more safari tents, and more other facilities if you like.
The safari tents are not included in the price, but all the sanitary blocks are.

You enter the property over the beautiful drive lane with big trees on both sides. The first outbuilding you will find on the left and the second outbuilding on the right. From the drive lane up to the castle you will find 20 perfect straight spots to put up safari tents spread out over the property. Walking forward you will find the castle behind with a good-sized heated swimming pool in front of it. Following a trail through your own forests you will have magnificent views over the countryside, and arrive at a tranquil pond to read a book, or do some fishing.

The current owners renovated the castle completely. It has a new roof, double-glazing, and a wood fuelled central heating system.
It consists of a total of 15 rooms:

The second outbuilding is a separate house with an open living area / kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and two garages.

The third outbuilding is located next to the castle and could serve as a bar/restaurant area for guests, with a lovely outdoor seating terrace in front of it.

The total land that comes with it is 19Ha, of which7 Ha is forest, and 12 Ha is pastureland. All the land is adjoining.
