This property is located on a small road in the quiet and attractive village of Payroux. Although there is no off street parking with the property there is a communal free car park, just 34 meters from the house. Although there aren't any amenities in the village, the village of Jousse is only 2kms away with a small grocery shop/bakery, bar, garage and petrol station. The village of St Martin l'Ars is about 5kms away which has a shop and swimming lake with bar/restaurant. Larger villages of Mauprevoir and Usson du Poitou with amenities are 7km and 10kms away, for a larger supermarket and selection of shops, bars/restaurants, banks etc there is Savigne/Civray which are about 18kms away.
The nearest airport is Poitiers, which is about 48kms away. Poitiers is a lovely historical city, with high speed train station and plenty of retail outlets. Limoges airport is an easy 82kms drive away.
