The house is situated in a quiet, calm part of the town, but close to everything.
On entering the house, you step into a bright, modern open-plan kitchen and dining-room with wood-burning stove. To the left is a comfortable double aspect sitting-room overlooking the garden.
There is a utility room, wine cellar, and separate wc, and a downstairs bedroom with dressing-room, ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, double-sink and bidet, and double doors opening onto the garden with a delightful view of the pool.
On the first floor the wide hallway is currently used as a children’s play area. To the right is a bedroom with 2 single beds, to the left is a bathroom with wc, sink and shower, and a step up leads into 2 further double bedrooms.
Outside next to the shaded terrace with dining area there is an ornamental pond. Behind the house there is a recently added in-ground pool (unheated) approx. 7m x 4m.The outside space is partially paved around the pool and has wooden terracing and an area laid to lawn around the barbecue hut. Further down the garden is the workshop and pool equipment room. There is an open-fronted carport for one car and gravel parking area with space for 2 more cars or a camper van.
