The Villa....

Le Baie de Saint Michel is a very popular lakeside resort on the Lac de Serre Poncon. Just 5 minutes drive away ( 3 kms ) high up in the hills is this beautiful property which sits on over 3000 m2 of well maintained gardens.

The Area....

Prunieres is a small rural area on the northern side of the Lac de Serre Poncon, which benefits from the sun all day long. It is mostly residential though there are several gites and guest houses which host tourists from spring until autumn.

The Baie de Saint Michel is just 3 kms down the hill. It has several water sports centres, camp sites and a sailing club. Prunieres is also just 10 kms from the Reallon Ski Domain and a further 20 kms to Les Orres, then Vars and Risoul.

This is only 18 kms to Gap which is the main town in the Hautes Alpes department.
