Entering the hallway (3m2) of the 16th century farmhouse, to the left is the living room (37m2) with woodburning stove and window to the courtyard. Close to the A10 and A85 motorways, Loudun is approximately 3 and a half hours driving time to the ferry port at Caen Ouistreham.
