There is also a large supermarket within the town, which is more than large enough to do your weekly shop. A lovely feature of St Pardoux La Riviere is the Voie Vert – a disused train line which has been commissioned into a nature trail and runs all the way to Thiviers (16km). This offers fantastic walking, jogging, cycling or horse-riding space and is all off-road and largely flat. magnificent riversides of the Dronne, which are perfectly maintained by the municipality.
Distance to Limoges Airport is just under an hour (62km), and 20km away is Brantome, nicknamed as the “Venice of the Périgord”.
