Some great works have already been started on this renovation project that importantly includes ensuring the roof is all good!

The initial works were focused on creating a family home with all the accommodation on the ground floor to comprise of 3 bedrooms (one designed to be include an ensuite and dressing room) with a the outline of a family shower in place. The floor has been concreted and supplies for water and drainage all in place.

With the outlines for the bedrooms in place the rest of the ground floor space has been set aside for open living with a space in excess of 40m². Also in place is the potential for a hanging mezzanine or upstairs bedroom over the top of two of the bedrooms although no stairs have been put in to place as yet.
