This large village house has lovely sized rooms and plenty of living space. Electrics were redone in 2015 and insulation and double glazing in 2016. This house gives off a certain “cachet” with its glazed vestibule area and large hall. To the right are the kitchen and the sitting/dining room to the left a first bedroom, bathroom, WC, summer kitchen or laundry room and a workshop. A glazed veranda at the back of the house means you can enjoy the outdoors even in the winter.

Upstairs are four additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a dressing room. The smallest bedroom could be turned into an en-suite bathroom. The attic space covers the whole house and could be converted although the beams are quite low.

The garden is also very pretty with fruit trees and vines and seems to go on forever. Half way down is the house in need of renovation (40m²) that was being used as a garage. There is also a little outhouse for wood storage perhaps.
