This Gite complex is successful. There is everything one could need for a great family holiday or just a weekend away in the Sun.

The accommodation is laid out as follows;

Owners accommodation on 2 floors with fitted kitchen, lounge, diner, utility room, en-suite bedroom. Refurbished in 2015

Small apartment for friends and family

Gite 1 The Forge
Ground floor; Open plan Kitchen/living space, hall with staircase.
First Floor; 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bath, shower and WC.
Just outside it has a private courtyard. This was refurbished in 2016.

Gite 2 Farmhouse;
RDC; - large Kitchen/diner with wood burner, living room, shower room
First Floor; 4 Bedrooms ( 1 with en-suite), bathroom
It has it's own private courtyard and parking.

The garden has everything you need for a holiday. It has a pool, an outside games area, a vegetable planting area, a pond and a BBQ area.

There is a hanger big enough to fit 3-4 camping cars underneath, a large garage, a barn that could be converted into another gite or used as a garage and an outbuilding that is used for storage but is already partially converted and could be a further gite.

The gites have a great letting record and a lot of this is repeat bookings. Everything will be left as it is so nothing needs to be done and all the gites are ready to rent.

If you look at the main photo 'The farmhouse' is the building to the left and 'The Forge' is the house to the right. There is access to the property via a side lane as well.
