Lovely habitable four bedroom house in the centre of this gorgeous village. Massive outbuildings (over 200m²) ideal for renovating into gîtes or for some other business. The actual house has a bright and spacious living area on the ground floor, four good sized bedrooms, an attic and a small cellar but the outbuildings offer an opportunity for virtually anything (perhaps not a nightclub as it is in the centre of the village!) but if you have an idea for a business or need an outlet for your creativity, this could be the place to do it.

On the ground floor bright entrance hall leads to a spacious kitchen (approx: 21m²) with fitted units, a double room (approximately 35m²) for dining at one end and cosy sitting watching telly area at the other end; a further room with an entrance from the street, which has been used as an independent bedroom (approx: 17m²) with a brick fireplace and a door to the utility room (approx: 12m²) with the wood-fired boiler installed about 10 years ago and plumbing for washing machine and lots of room for a freezer and further storage. At the back of this room a door leads into the back hallway and opposite is a handy WC (approx 2m²) with a little basin and a door to the lean-to garage attached to the back of the house which also has space to store your wood for the wood fired boiler.

On the first floor are three very good sized bedrooms (approx: 17m², 18m² & 17m²), a beautiful landing (approx: 13m²) and little room (approx: 13.5m²) currently used as a dressing and storage room which has no window, but as it is on the outside wall over the courtyard part of the garden it would be possible to install a window here (with the necessary permissions). There is a large bathroom (approximately 16m²) with a large corner shower, a basin and a loo.

A proper staircase leads to the attic which is above the whole house which is about 110m² (although this is the measurement of the floor space and some of it goes into the eaves) which is half boarded but there is no insulation on the roof - it makes a good storage area and could perhaps be made into habitable space with a bit of imagination - there is a window at least...

Outside there is a sunny courtyard with space to park a couple of cars and two can also be parked under cover. The outbuildings are crying out for some sort of renovation - there is the space to add another four bedroom house here but it is currently just a shell but if you have a dream - this could be the place to fulfil it - it could be an art gallery or café or restaurant or antiques shop and there are lovely gardens that go back behind the outbuildings.
