At ground level we have two large caves (8.95m x 3.94m) and (9.45m x 4.12m) and a garage (9.2m x 4.44m) Wide stone steps lead up to the first floor with an elevated terrace running around the front and side of the house taking full advantage of its position and magnificent views of Olargues and the surrounding mountains. Through the front door we gain access to the entrance hall which runs through the centre of the house. On the right is a door leading into a double bedroom with ensuite. This room has a window to the front of the house, a walk-in shelved cupboard and an ensuite shower room with wash-hand basin, w.c and heated towel rail. Across the hall is a door leading into the dining room which has double patio doors opening onto the large raised terrace. The dining room runs through into the lounge (8.96m x 4.46) which has another set of patio doors onto the terrace. The lounge has an enamelled Jötul wood burning stove and two built-in cupboards. The kitchen has a window to the side and was hand crafted by a local cabinetmaker in 2007. It has a built-in fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor fan and an electric oven. Hand-crafted cabinets make fabulous use of the space with a nice balance between storage and display units.
