The House.

A good sized powerful pump, a UV clarification system alongside a sand filter ensures good clean healthy water. Outbuildings
The First is of stone and breeze block. Approx 30+m². The walls are fairly sound and an upper floor does exist. This barn looks as though it could have been a larger building at one point making it possible to re-create a larger gite, workshop ….
The second looks like it was house. ( outside measures around 8m x 4.5m) Sadly, overgrown and in need of some TLC , but again the walls are generally sound.
