About me

We discovered the Charente purely by chance. A Norwegian national, I completed my University years in England, always working in an international environment. In 2003 we decided to make the move to a gentle climate and have not looked back. Our Children have now been through the French school system. The rural lifestyle has definitely played an important role in our happiness, surrounded by sun flower fields , Romanesque architecture, history and culture. Well who would not be content.
