About my area

Lot et Garonne is a beautiful part of France, less touristy than the Dordogne with its rolling green hills, vineyards, rivers and canals, beautiful bastide villages and delicious Buzet wine. I absolutely love Gascony for its sunshine, beautiful countryside, friendly people, night markets in the summer and local produce. The area is famous for its delicious strawberries, plums, melons, duck and kiwis. A fabulous mix of beautiful landscapes and gourmet eating awaits anyone who visits the region. The beautiful Lot and Baise rivers flow through the area, and the Canal Latéral à la Garonne with its cycle path connecting the Atlantic to the Mediterranean provides lovely cycling, walking and boating.

About me

I have lived in the beautiful bastide village of Damazan for over 15 years with my family. My sons were born here and our life here really is wonderful. I am bilingual, having studied French at university and run my own business for many years. I can help you with every step of purchasing your dream home from the first visit to the final ‘acte de vente’. I also run Au Bord de l’Eau, a restaurant, gite and port complex on the banks of the canal du Midi in the wine growing village of Buzet sur Baïse.
