About my area

Living near Gourdon allows me to be in the middle of the three different regions and to benefit from the advantages of each of them: the peace and quiet of Bouriane with its magnificent chestnut forests, its hilly landscape and its general tranquillity, the Périgord Noir with its historical importance, its natural beauty and the tourist season which gives it a whole new dimension, and finally, the massively underestimated Causses du Quercy, with its Quercy architecture, a limestone plateau very similar to that of Provence and in my opinion, an untouched gem that you should seriously consider if you are going to buy a holiday home or holiday rental. In addition, I sincerely believe that the attractiveness of these sectors has only increased for several years and therefore the price of real estate as well, do not delay any longer!

I've been in the area since 2016 and spent A LOT of time exploring the area and making friends.
