About my area

To talk about the Ile de France without mentioning Paris would be impossible. You think of the Louvre, the Place de l'Etoile, the Quartier Latin, Notre Dame ! Paris by day, Paris by night, as you might say ! Today's Paris, the Greater Paris, includes 141 communes, including the 36 communes of the Hauts-de-Seine. Created to make the metropolis more dynamic, one of the major axes of its development consists of linking the various suburbs of the first ring, a new synergy based on urban mobility, through public transport. The promoters of this project had the 2024 Olympic Games in mind, but also aimed to keep Paris at the top of the European metropolises. A vision for the future? A major place on the chessboard ? without forgetting its social dimension, combined with a form of urban renewal. A major project, with its urban and real estate dynamics, of course !

About me

Originally from Nice in the Alpes Maritimes, I grew up in the Paris region in Garches in the Hauts-de-Seine, between Boulogne-Billancourt and Versailles. Having studied marketing and psychology, I became interested in environmental issues early on, which led me to work for 11 years in a family business on these subjects. I then became a self-employed property diagnostician for 2 years. I liked the construction issues. I then moved into real estate, joining Leggett in June 2022. Welcome to my Portfolio.
