The South Charente is a charming region of France. We enjoy long, summers and plenty of sunshine but without the stifling heat to be found further south. Bordeaux is located within an hour's drive from here and offers some of the finest shopping and restaurants in France. The International airport and high-speed rail links provide fast and comfortable transport to Paris and from there to the rest of Europe and beyond. Other highlights include Cognac, the Bordeaux vineyards, St Emilion, The Medoc and Atlantic coast. The majority of my portfolio offer properties in the area between Chalais and Montendre in the Charente Maritime.
