About my area

Deux-Sèvres, a very nice southwestern department of France, belonging to the good life region Aquitaine-Limousin Poitou-Charente. This is an attractive region, placed in 5th place in front of Brittany department and Pays de Loire. You will discover the Marais Poitevin which is by itself a natural park of attractions with his "Venise verte" , unique natural site in Europe with the label "Grand Site de France" The flore and fauna fully protected by European directives, there are more rich and abundant. Many walks of routes available to traverse on foot, with a horse or by carriage (calèche), suitable for all levels, punting on the meandering canals, canoe kayack or you can explore the labyrinths of the 320 km marked routes. Deux-Sèvres are always open to large displacements, migrations, or commercial movements: they were crossed in the history of the imperial Roman road between Poitiers to Saintes, the "Salt Road", the road of the Kings of England, the route of pilgrims traveling to St Jacques de Compostele .The department continues its European opening, to North and South Europe through the A10 and A83 motorways and the TGV Atlantique connecting Paris, Lille and Niort in a few hours. Deux-Sèvres also benefit from the proximity of the international airports of Nantes and Bordeaux, as well as that of Rochelle.

About me

I was born in Geneva, Switzerland where I spent 2/3 of my life, I'm a world traveler and explorer with a boundless curiosity, I have traveled the world and collected a number of memories that probably forged my character. In a positive and courageous nature, I'm always excited to see new horizons. After twenty years as an executive in a private bank and wealth management in Geneva, I started in other professional adventures that allowed me and brought to a longstanding passion "real estate", a privileged sector for culture lovers and in a reality that always moves. Established in France for 15 years. I'm fluent in several languages and always listen to the desires of my clients, with great energy that I am able to find your future dreams home. The French formalities have nothing to hide to me, they are never easy for a newcomer, I pledge to follow you in all your administrative procedures. Established since 2015 in the south of the department, I must say the quality of life that I have found is incomparable to other regions and therefore every day is a real pleasure to live !
