We are spoilt for choice when it comes to outdoor activities - stroll around the charming medieval town of old Antibes, walk along the walls of the 16th-century ramparts overlooking the luxury yachts moored in the Port Vauban marina into the Provencal market or walk the forested Cap d’Antibes peninsula, dotted with super villas and on into Juan-les-Pins, a beach resort with a buzzing nightlife and home to Jazz à Juan music festival. The fabulous climate with 300 sunny days per year is one of the reasons why Antibes/Juan les Pins is the perfect holiday destination and why such a large community of ex-pats settle here coming from all over the world working in the yachting industry, Sophia Antipolis or just enjoying their retirement. Antibes has so much to offer all year round. Not only is the location on the Côte d'Azur ideal - 20 minutes to Nice international airport, 15 minutes to Cannes and only a short drive to the idyllic villages set in the hills (Mougins, Valbonne, Biot, St Paul de Vence). We are only one hour away from the Italian border in one direction and Provence in the other! Travel 1h45 north and you reach the ski stations of Isola 2000, Auron and Valberg.

About me

Originally from Dublin, I moved to Juan les Pins in 2003 with my French partner after graduating from university to continue our studies here. We loved the way of life, the sunshine and the fantastic outdoor activities the Côte d'Azur has to offer it was impossible to leave. We are happy to call Juan les Pins home. After 10 years working in Sophia Antipolis, I took some time out to raise my young family during which time we bought our house and I developed a keen interest in the property industry. I am delighted and proud to be part of the Leggett family helping people find their dream home or holiday home.
