"You could not improve on the service we had from your Agents, they were brilliant. Infact, Sarah Edwards had just returned from holiday and needed to stay in the office to catch up, so Suzanne Barry showed us the properties on Friday. We have decided that, although we liked the properties we were shown, some more than others, most of them needed too much work for our budget. Also, seeing all of them has given us a very important priority - the right house must be a house with a view/views. So, although we saw two or three properties which were ready to move into, they did not have views. We would just like to let you know how impressed we have been with Maxine Enderby during our search for a French property. We first made contact with Maxine early into the new year and she has advised and supported us throughout, both by email, telephone and twice during our visits to France to view properties - nothing has ever been too much trouble. Our last visit, (29 & 30 April 2011), she arranged all the viewings in advance and remained with us throughout, culminating in securing an offer for us on our chosen property, 18909NT86, for much of this, she spent in excessive heat, sitting in her car, in a car park! " Having decided to buy in France we contacted Leggett for advice and guidance on viewing various properties in the Poitou-Charentes area. Our first contact with Natalie at the office was very positive and viewings of our chosen properties were quickly arranged in a schedule to suit us.
