ANSWER: The Leggett Head Office team works constantly to provide support to agents to help them to succeed. This includes:

  • Creating bespoke technology designed to assist agents
  • Providing ongoing support and consultation to agents on a day-to-day basis as part of a team with an Area Co-ordinator as well as on-the-ground 'coaches'
  • Providing a professional 'first point of contact' for clients - and organising client viewing itineraries
  • Running an in-house contracts team which includes a qualified notaire to answer any tricky legal questions that agents might have
  • A dedicated mandat team who work to ensure that new properties are listed on the Leggett website quickly and correctly
  • Ongoing Agent training on all elements of the job
  • Running a large ongoing marketing programme which draws clients into the business

Q5.What publicity does Leggett Immobilier undertake?

ANSWER: Leggett Head Office pays for all National and International publicity for agents. We attend property shows with our agents (x5 in the UK every year) and we advertise in the Times, Telegraph and a selection of high profile property magazines as far reaching as Australia. In France we advertise on the Bon Coin, Lux-residence, Logic-immo and immo-france.

Q6.Do I have to pay for Training?

ANSWER: You make a single payment of 495 euros when you join Leggett for the induction training course. Once you have paid this, you are entitled to all publicity materials for the lifetime you are with Leggett. Including:

  • branded personalised business cards
  • sale boards
  • mandates
  • all branded resources
  • he legal materials you require to operate including access at all times to our team of experts to support you
  • a further advanced training course

There are no further payments to make for the duration of working with Leggett.
