INDEPENDENT NEGOTIATORS â NEW BUILD / INVESTMENT PROPERTY
We are looking for a number of highly-motivated individuals to develop and grow our New Build business. As one of the largest Anglophone agencies in France, and an increasing demand from our clientele for New Build properties either for recreation or investment, we feel confident that we can significantly increase our market share. We already have relationships with leading developers across France, and are contacted regularly by companies wanting to market their projects to an international clientele.
Your role will therefore be to build upon our success so far, and develop our relationships with New Build developers and promoters across France, to secure the rights to market their products to a clientele increasingly attracted by the concept of a low-maintenance, âhassle-freeâ property.
With the ability to work autonomously, this is essentially a field sales role, with the assured back-up of an experienced bilingual sales support team based out of the Head Office.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within estate agency in France, particularly in the area of New Build properties, although we will consider applicants who have experience in real estate from other countries, or simply a strong track record in sales â we are open-minded. Given the success of our website, a good level of IT literacy is essential to the role, although full training will be given. For this role, which will involve contract negotiation with French property developers, candidates must have a high degree of both French and English.
