You enter the Chateau grounds through decorative wrought iron gates, into the grounds..or the “parc”, as the French would call it. The first building is the hay barn, and built in is the old bread oven. Here there is also the pigeon loft, and the family chapel.
The next outbuilding is the stables, with their original mangers. All these outbuilding could be converted into garages or gites, if so desired.
Further on from here is the vegetable garden, with its own well.
From this part of the grounds you go through another wrought iron gate, across a narrow lane, to the main house.
