There is also an owners private lounge with fireplace away from it all.
5 large bedrooms await on the 1st floor with a bath & showeroom; all that's missing for B&B is more showers/WCs ; this should be considered a necessary investment for such a large establishment.

Situation:
The Col de Ste. Colombe at around 600m altitude is situated between the Montagne Noire and the Minerve, not far from St Pons, the former capital of the Herault region.
The town of St Pons with all amenities is a 10 min drive away with its' prehistoric museum, cathedral and Wednesday market. With the airports of Beziers an hours' drive and Carcassonne only a little more, the beaches of the Med. less than an hour, this is a popular situation.
Narbonne in the other direction is only 45 mins drive with access to the motorways to Spain and the Languedoc coast.
