On the ground floor,there’s a tiled entrance hall, which leads off to the lounge, but also gives access to a cave at the rear. The lounge, dining room and kitchen ( 32m2) is all open plan, with windows facing the front and a door leading to an outside courtyard at the back.

The lounge/ diner (21m2) has a wooden floor and there’s a stone built chimney which houses the pellet burner. The kitchen (11m2) is tiled and fully fitted and off here, there’s a utility room/larder (5m2).
